CRA steel pipe is based on carbon steel pipe or alloy steel pipe as a substrate, using composite technology in its inner surface lined with a certain thickness of stainless steel pipe and other corrosion-resistant alloy pipe to compound into a kind of bimetallic composite pipeline.
Corrosion resistance, impact resistance, low thermal expansion, pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, reduce the use of pure stainless steel pipe and reduce operating costs.
With uniform, smooth, safe and controllable expansion pressure, the hydrostatic expansion composite process realizes the whole process of automatic operation, monitoring and recording through the supporting system. The combination of liner compounded by hydrostatic expanding technology is uniform, can be controlled within the pressure range, to obtain the ideal composite bonding force, and the base steel pipe does not produce any bending instability deformation.
